Viktor is a lot stronger than before the E nerfs a while back

Remember when viktor got nerfed because he was picked too much in LCS? the E delay and damage nerf?. well what happened in mage update?

Viktor E damage was upped. the delay was mostly gone back to old. his ultiamte. was buffed. his Q damage. was buffed.

old viktor wasn't really a lane bully. he got the second upgrade to waveclear. now with Q increased damage hes very much a lane bully his E combined with rylais extremely hard to get out of.

my problem right now that he turned into a lane bully and he shouldn't be for a hypercarry apc ( )

Your memory is extremely faulty if you think that it's anywhere near what it use to be. I just had a game where as Xerath without boots I was able to almost always avoid the secondary damage, even if I was running towards the end of the laser. Before his changes I would have eaten both halfs of the spell every time.

Out of all champions you're calling Viktor strong? Really. I've beaten this guy every single time I've vsed him in lane, if anything he is weaker then the average mage. At least he doesn't 1 shot you like Annie that has NO skill shots, or Ahri who has 3 dashes to run away for dear life everytime she's even the tiny bit of scared, let's not forget if she charms you and Q's, W's, Ults, you get deleted almost.

Viktor is not as strong as before dude, he was a king back when I mained him. He's still good but no where near his old strength sadly.. As much as I wished he damn was.

But how? his ult was MASSIVELY buffed (old viktor ult was near usless outside of the 0.5 ap ratio intial damage because all of his power was onto his E. his old Q. did shit damage as well). what happened. viktor E damage got nerfed. then buffed in MYMU. his ult got buffed. his Q got buffed

makes no sense. at least keep his E as changed if your going to buff Q and ult.

Explains the down votes on your thread currently. He is not strong, say he is all you want, but he's far from his throne as he used to be, I mained him back in the day, so keep trying to say he's stronger then he used to be. The fact you're complaining states you possibly wanna nerf one of the more balanced champions in the game and that tilts me. The fact I can kill Viktor EVERY time in lane as almost any other mage saddens me.

There is SO many other mages out there that need to be looked at and you really called out Viktor. Good job.

I have nothing to prove, everyone should already know how balanced Viktor is compared to other mages out there currently.

I'm done replying though, you probably lost to a Viktor and you're angry, if you have issues with Viktor then you should quit mid lane or learn to counter him, he's balanced. If you can't handle him goodluck on the Rift.

didn't they put more power on the secondary explosion of his E?

the rework was still a complete waste of time and resources . Riot nerfs him because he's clearing waves too well, then makes him better at waveclearing than he's ever been. Counterplay goes put the window as soon as he gets Rylai; what did it accomplish?

not much of anything really he used to be able to one shot. however. his Ult didn't destroy you afterwards. now viktor one shots you and his ult does a massive amount of dot. also his E hurts more than before his Q does more damage as well. i dont get what they were doing. hes very much a lane bully that beats anybody but assassins and he isn't even that weak against them
