Make a new item or rework Guinsoo's Rageblade that includes hybrid penetration.

Of course, the penetration of it would have to be weaker than LW or VS. Similar to how the hybrid pen marks work.

Its gold efficiency is only at 1950, meaning the hybrid pen would have to be worth 750, similar to LW and VS
