Is something being done about queue times for roles other than support?

right now in ranked, if you queue up for anything but support you have a long queue times in the middle of the day. during peak times(late night im assuming is peak time) the issue is not so bad. but during the middle of the day if you want to play mid/bot/jng/top you basically have 10-15 min queue times even in mid gold (im currently 60ish LP gold 3) and if you queue for support even as secondary you get a nearly instantaneous queue pop. it is always less than a minute wait if you queue for support.

are there any solutions being thrown around at riot to address the support vs everything else disparity? I know its a very difficult issue especially with dynamic queue having all kinds of weird combinations of people playing, but I feel its honestly one of the biggest issues with dynamic queue lately.
