Etheir buff his base movespeed or make his Q work like ekko's E. he has no way to outplay skillshots early game
Example 
has 330 move speed while 
has 335 and worst of all 
has 350 base movespeed. Talon does not have the safety to farm from range and does not have hard CC and worst of all his outplay is only able to happen with walls and even then its buggy sometimes.

PROJECT Katarìna1 votesYou know how ekko can dodge a skill shot by pressing e going to a side to dodge a skill shot kinda like that would be happy with talons kit then other wise their is no outplaying a linear skillshot as talon unless there is a wall nearby which even then you will still get hit by it
TheOvermind1 votesIt's much easier that that. Make q the enhanced auto it was before rework ( works on towers ) and allow him to e onto champions instead for a longer cd.

Shaydrox1 votesNot sure that'd fix him, I've been having moderate succes with him now that I've adapted to the rework. I agree with a Meddler comment earlier that Talon is way harder to play now. Not just mechanically, but tactically, there's a whole lot more to him than before. I don't think he needs buffs this big, at most I'd say his Q range could go up to 600 as 550 feels low compared to all other dashes (600 would still be lower, but a bit better). Really I think he's actually in a decent spot with some tiny buffs.
PROJECT Katarìna1 votesHe has abysmal base movespeed its extremely difficult to dodge any skillshot as talon right now unless you have like 10 or 20 ping his old E used to give him the ability to out play his opponent it wouldnt hurt to give him a small dash before his amped auto kinda like vaynes Q except no invisbility or chance to crict
Shaydrox1 votesI don't have any problems dodging skillshots. Sometimes it's healthy when a champion doesn't have 10948 tools to dodge everything :^)
