How does one jungle as Twitch currently?
I know people are going to say "DON'T", but humor me for this topic. Let's just say I've been "challenged" to play jungle Twitch, and I'm up for said challenge.
How would you set him up?

How would you set him up?
As a Twitch player, myself, I would go:

And, with ganking, I would Q as close as I can get to the opponent while signaling your laners to attack their opponent. When ready for reveal, I would use my W to slow and E when optimal.
It doesn't sound so bad, but yeah, good luck, lol.
Runes/Masteries?
This is a great question. I like to sometimes jg twitch myself sometimes. Here is what i would go with myself.

It takes a lot of in games sense and positioning when you are ready to gank. Make sure your teammates are ready and the setup is great. Move with Q then W to slow next R then E to secure the kill. You will want to use lens for those using Pinks to see you while you use your Q. Hope it helps good luck Twitching man!!
Devourer's too risky?
Not really, you will just need to pay attention to your teammates. if they are feeding you might want to look into going speed after your smite item. For twitch though he is pretty squishy. So, you have two options. Life stealing and staying in the fight a bit longer or playing a turtle pop in with big damage and pop right back out.
and
with possible substitutions

Remember not to take more than 2 AS items other than Devourer, or you're losing out to AS cap when you come out of stealth. BotRK vs HP tanks, RFC/DD for single target dueling, Mortal Reminder/BC for armor tanks. BC is actually quite good with other ADs, the AOE armor shred on ult is ridiculous.
Take your armor yellows, either scaling MR blues or AS blues for aggressive clearing, and standard AD marks, AS quints Masteries 18/12/0, Left side Fervor in offense(except Feast), and Savagery, Stash, Merciless, and Dangerous Game in defense.
Start
x2. Early game is mainly about clear; take a good gank if you can get it, but only if you can force them to walk past you. At level 6, position just close enough that you can hit them while under their turret if you pop ult; hold it until they burn Flash/dash, since you can dodge Twitch ult shots.
Prefer counterganks/punishes over ganks, especially when you can surprise them with positioning. Your main weakness is CC; if you can, wait until they blow theirs on your laner(s).
Rush Devourer before boots, then start on IE. You can give up the first Dragon and still be okay, don't force it and die needlessly; do try and get the second if you do, though.
Power spike is at 20-25 minutes when you complete IE and have Sated. From here, you can start to just take over the game by blowing someone up out of stealth, then following up on whoever is standing next to them. Continue on to the normal full build, taking defensive vs. aggressive as needed. Late game, you should be virtually unstoppable; just don't walk into CC and you'll simply destroy anyone.
one does not OR one goes back to season 1
