If Rengo got his Q back can Graves get his old gun back?

Graves was my all time fav champion,he got me into playing adcs,its not that he's bad right now or unfun,but i rarely even see someone playing him and he honestly feels kinda clunky to play with. A ranged champ that has to go melee to do his full damage,shots hitting the first target only makes for some frustrating situations,they arent the main concern but overall i dont see why did they have to change him from adc to jungler,i mean people loved playing him as an adc.

I get that he was similar to Lucian but at least they could have changed his kit and let him remain an adc,anyone else still kinda salty about that rework?
