If he is not #1, it is a bad/cancerous Meta. He literally is always #1 when ADC is even remotely "balanced" or at least not dominated by 3-4 must play champions. Seriously, I have been asking for a nerf on him for months. His passive means he wins every trade uncontested. And with the new item changes to item 3153 , crit item's costs, and ESPECIALLY item 3026 , he has become pick or ban pretty much.

GA i could understand.

But sterak was nerfed for everyone besides tanks and the divers? It's needs you to build health to work which most of them do ._.

And No ashe would ever build 2 defensive items as i know it, she needs too much stats from items to build less than 5 offensive items.

Kog does it though, before this patch i often built sterak and if needed another defensive on him. just replace that sterak with new GA and it should be the same.

People in my elo are so bad at him it's almost a free win when he's picked on the enemy team. I still consider banning him sometimes to get some fucking variety.

They buffed his passive's damage back in 7.6 I think. Since then he's just been a monster to deal with. Now that BORK was buffed, his healing is dramatically high and he sticks to his targets much easier now.

They need to revert the passive buff. It was strong enough.
