All the rune changes I would make.
The rune system is "fine," I guess. But some of the runes are abysmal. Some are overpowered. And some were fine but then Riot changed them and now they're either way too overloaded or way too useless (COUGH overgrowth COUGH ). So like, here's my list of changes. They're probably trash, but I'm bored.
Precision Press the Attack - Change it to how it actually was going to be: Every attack grants +6 AD for 3.5 seconds. After 8 stacks (+48), each additional stack grants +4 AD. After 16 stacks (+80), each additional stack grants +2 AD. The duration refreshes every 2 basic attacks.
Conqueror - After 4 seconds in combat, your next attack or ability against an enemy champion activates Conqueror for 3 seconds, adding bonus damage to spells and attacks against champions: Ranged - 10/20/30/40/50/60 (+15% bonus AD) Melee - 10/15/20/25/30/35 (+10% bonus AD), and Conqueror is refreshed upon damaging a champion. (Levels 1/4/7/10/12/14)
Cut Down - Deal 5% bonus damage to enemy champions with more maximum health than you. Additionally, basic attacks against champions with more current health than you deal bonus damage equal to 6% of the health difference, halved for ranged champions.
Row 1: NEW Patience - While not attacking but within 1000 units of an enemy champion, gain Patience over time. Your next basic attack deals a bonus 10 (+10% bonus AD) - 60 (+30% bonus AD) true damage, charging for up to 8 seconds. Cooldown: 20 seconds
Row 3: NEW Infused Fury - On-hit effects are 20% more powerful.
Domination
Predator - Channel time reduced to 1 second. Maximum movespeed increased to 80%. Movement speed now ramps up over 8 seconds.
Dark Harvest - Damaging champions below 50% health deals a bonus 5/6/7/8% missing health (+4 per soul / +2 on ARAM) (+25% bonus AD) (+15% AP) adaptive damage and rips a soul from the champion. If the ability that activates Dark Harvest kills the enemy, it will take an additional soul. Cooldown: 45/40/35/30 seconds, refreshed on takedown (Levels 1/6/10/15)
Ghost Poro - Remove adaptive bonus for enemy territory. Now microstuns enemies that enter brush for 0.25 seconds, then disappears.
Ravenous Hunter - Healing reduced to (2% + 2% per takedown)
Ingenious Hunter - CDR reduced to (5% + 5% per takedown)
Sorcery
Celerity - MS bonus increased to 12% from 8%.
Gathering Storm - Ticks every 4 minutes in ARAM.
Resolve
Shield Bash - Remove the damage. We don't really need supports dealing more damage. Now - Your shields have additional resistances equal to (+15% of shield source's armor/MR). When enemies break a shield on you, gain 20% movement speed and 30 armor/magic resist; both decay over 2.5 seconds. Cooldown: 15 seconds (passive is not disabled on cooldown)
Overgrowth - Make it usable. For every 8 minions or monsters that die near you (within 1000 units), gain 5 maximum health. Gain a bonus 2.5% multiplicative maximum health for every 75 minions.
None for Inspiration; that tree is fine IMO.
