"Exhaust is dead now" ... it's always the same
before the nerf you couldn't win a fight if your opponent used 
in mid or top, that supports took it was not the problem, the problem was everyone took it just to win a 1 v 1 easily

Häßlich1 votesBut it needs to be that good to be useful in bot lane so your adc can win the fight. Now it's garbage, and you're better off going Heal (having your adc take Cleanse, Ghost or Barrier), or just running ignite. Until people catch on that it sucks now, adc using Barrier will mostly counter the Exhaust just by kiting it out, and then turning on them after they've blown everything to not even get the kill.

Infact, it was bad that in the bot lane summoner spell diversity was so low. It was always exhaust/heal.
Now I see, ignite/heal, heal/barrier, I'm even seeing teleport/teleport bot lanes.
