Yasuo's double crit passive isnt the reason people don't like him...

Yasuo can be a frustrating lane opponent, because dashes. Normally, a frustrating lane opponent isn't enough to push over the top, but we have other factors (see above). Heimmerdinger is way more frustrating in lane than Yasuo imho. But no one wants him permabanned... (cuz he isnt as popular? my guess)
EVERY part of Yasuo's kit has been called out for his current state of "unfair, unfun" biased unfounded hatred.
- Confirmation Bias: Yasuo is complained about on the boards a lot, so he MUST be broken and unfair/unfun.
This is why Yasuo is so hated. Unfun to play against? I submit that Heimmerdinger is way worse to deal with in lane than Yasuo.
Memory bias is self disproving: If the enemy Yasuo always carries, than Yasuo would always carry because he is always someones enemy. If teammate Yasuo always feeds... you get the point.
His kit works together to make him playable. The only part of his kit that I would call "extra" or "unneeded" is his ult placing him outside of tower range, regardless of his position to the target. It should always be in melee range of a target affected, outside of tower IF POSSIBLE. If the target is standing almost right next the turret itself, he should risk the dive like any other champion.
