I was talking about how in the original post, he was talking about how unlike Mordekaiser, Malphite and Rammus both scale off of armor. Taric also scales off of armor. Nautilus does not.

He IS one. If morde was a real juggernaut then he would be op in top lane or even mid. but with the low stats and the high damage of his Q he is more or less one.
