Dealing with annie as a (protecting as well) marksman?

I dont play adc often, but its pretty irritating to constantly watch my ADC get deleted by her(or lose half his health) when he's in the backline positioned well trying his or her best to stay out her range <Annie flash/protobelt - ult I have absolutely no idea how to protect my adc from 1 - 2 second reaction time burst like this. With someone like Fizz or Viegar you can at least see what they're up to and if they might be baited to go for the kill. Help? Lets take into account that my ADCs flash is not always up. How can I protect them from near instant burst champions like reworked Kha/Annie and I guess talon? From playing him he feels alot stronger than before. Or at least he has more damage available.

If your ADC is in the backline and still being hit by annie then your ADC is NOT in the backline where they should be.

In any regards.

Anyone of those will solve your annie problems. ADCs are just to stubborn to buy anything that does not give them crit, AS or lifesteal these days.

You can deal with Kha by standing next to your ADC and warding. His sustained damage goes down the toilet if he can't get isolated Qs off (loses a third of the damage + the CDR from hitting an isolated target), and if his ult is down and you've warded nearby bushes he has no way to refresh his passive, another huge part of his damage (it's refreshed by him leaving the enemy team's sight range). If he has his ult up, then hit him with CC the moment he tries to leap in.

Talon, on the other hand, has basically no way to get out if he's recently used his E to hop over the terrain around you. Either fight him somewhere where he can't immediately jump over a wall if he's low, or fight him in a place where he has to use his E to engage without getting wrecked. His Q also does a lot less damage if he has to use it to engage rather than as a damage tool (it crits when used within melee range). If he uses his ult to engage, kill him after he leaves stealth and you can at least go one for one. If you're still having problems, it's because you fed your ass off to Talon and had it coming.

GA also counters both.
