I want to know why some champions have 320-325 base movement speed...

For what god damn reason does my champion needs to have such a low base movement speed so I can get hit by every single skillshots in the game? Can't position those champion, too slow, can't dodge super fast skillshots, too slow, can't do X cuz my damn champion is soo fucking slow. Why the fuck does Xayah has a base movement speed of 325? when she has to play around her feathers and move around for them to actually root something!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

the reason xayah has a low base ms is because shes always gonna get a crit item due to her e scaling so shes always gonna have that extra percent ms along with her w giving her ms and her r letting her escape damage that ms would never allow such as a veig r

Which then Narrows build path, because of them having low movement speed they are stuck with 1 build, 0 versatility. I really want to play Lethality Xayah with electrocute its actually very fun to play.

Xayah has terrible MS and range because her ult makes her untargetable while letting her move around. It's too much. If Xayah were fast she could just use ult as an instant escape.

I am a Xayah player. Her ult has a very long cooldown compared to other adcs.....it is 140 at the start and 110 by tier 3. It is so frustrating when I ult, flash in the air, root ennemies, and use heal for a speed boost BUT STILL get caught by champs with long range cc like Lux, or with gap closers like Yasuo, Amumu, Natilus, Pyke, Jax, Hecarim... (naming a few champs I see in bot lane and jungle) I really think Xayah needs a buff of some sort. I've thought about taking ghost into lane instead of heal, but idk. Let's compare against a meta champion: Miss Fortune. She has a base movement speed of 325 as well, but her passive Strut gives her MS out of combat so she can run easily. To top it off, MF's ult starts off with a 120sec cooldown at Tier 1, and 100sec at Tier 3. Top that off with CDR items and runes and it is insane. Totally balanced.

ADCs generally have 325-330 MS because they're ranged and their itemization gradually gives them more AS/MS to kite better as the game progresses.

Blitzcrank has 325 MS because his Q wins lanes and games when landed, so having a low MS makes it somewhat harder to position and/or forces him to use W more often.

Nautilus has 325 MS because he's a giant suit of armor, and relies on Q for navigation and gap-closing.

Mordekaiser has 325 MS because... ???
