Will Mordekaiser be getting any new skills with his upcoming changes?

I believe it was Meddler who talked about Mordekaiser changes being revealed in a month or so. If so, will he be getting any new skills? I honestly hope so, add more to his Q/W/E. All of these skills are really outdated.

Look at his Q for example: Auto attack modifier that does more damage to isolated targets or in an AoE.

Kha'Zix has the isolated theme, so it doesn't make any sense for Morde to have it too.

Morde's W is also pretty bland: AoE damage and AR/MR steroid. Conditional movement speed boost.

Maybe add a little more... "fun" to this ability? I'm not sure what to do with it, but its very similar to Annie's Molten Shield.

Then his E... one of the most uninteractive abilities in the game, for him AND his opponent: damage in a cone (and slowly kill yourself xD)

I still don't know how you could change his skills for the better, but please take a look at his basic skills! Just don't remove his ability as one of the best waveclear champs, that's one of the things he's known for.
