[Gameplay] Mordekaiser does not gain any stats from target ghost

Mordekaiser SHOULD gain 30% of the target's AP when he has a ghost. Viktor had 810 AP, and I got his ghost. Looked at my stats, I still had the same AP from before. Hover over the buff and it says I'm getting exactly 0 AP from him. I'm missing out on 243 AP, which is pretty massive. I'm also supposed to gain 25% of their bonus HP, and Vik has a Rylai's built. I should be getting that as well...

Come on, Riot. I could write an entire book of just Morde bugs at this point...

Hi! We here at Riot Games would like to let you know that since we have Mordekaiser slated for a rework in the year 2092, we will just be waiting for then to fix the bugs!

We hope you understand, and have patience with us! It takes a long time to polish up those Ahri skins to a mirror shine so her pillow-fucking fanbase will spend yet more cash to buy them!

They might pull an Azir and remove it from the tool tip instead of fixing it.

I've had this happen, too, but only with AP champs. Not all the time, but here and there. So strange.
