Skarner isnt a hypertank that purely builds defensive items. He is a bruiser/"Juggernaut" and yes I agree he is strong atm.

He's a hyper tank XD Go sated botrk tank. Get 5k health, some cdr,d have a shield for 800 damage every few seconds XD or go straight cdr tank lol

sated botrk =/= hypertank wut you smokin son. Sated botrk boots leave 3 item slot, and even if i take 3 of the highest health item, warmog, at level 18 he has 2131 + 800 x 3 = 4531. 4k5 health, not 5k health. And thats 3 warmog, wheres your cdr? Wheres your armor and resist? Wheres your utility? How about you give an actual argument with actual number instead of spewing bullshit mixed with XD and lol?

It works. The sheen proc combined with armor removal is a good combo. pretty sure I saw boxbox do it on Riven before.

My personal favorite was seeing all the people who said Garen would be weaker post update. I guess that 3% boost in win rate is a sign of weakness.

That was mainly when he initially appeared on the PBE. Where his E had a self slow. After the removal of the self slow, I didn't see many power compaints about him.

Unfortunately some people still complained even after the self slow removal, mainly because of the reduced E damage when hitting multiple targets.

That build you posted in OP is a Bruiser build.

Skarner is a bruiser and not a tank.

Though, his rework (which put him at about 62% win rate) is trying to make him good at everything (surviving, doing tons of damage, and CC-locking people)
