Why is the green light on Tahm Kench's ult always up?

blacknerdtaku··1 votes·697 views

Seriously, the point of the green light is to show whenever siomebody will get the active portion of their ult, but Tahm's light is always on. It's really annoying for people like me who use that light to decide when to go in and when not to.
