Why doesn't Daisy apply Rylai's slow?

Seeing as Daisy is a "minion" she should apply the slow. Also a bigger question is why does Daisy do physical damage with auto attacks. I feel Ivern has no damage in his kit and Daisy doing magic damage would be cool

Edit: I don't think Ivern is underpowered but he LITERALLY does no damage, in my Ivern games, even the ones where I really stack up AP, I have damage comparable to our support. Without going full out AP I get even less damage (going AP support items). This is also ridiculous considering I have the gold gain of a jungler and should be doing more damage than our support because I have more items. Partially ignoring the fact that Ivern isn't always fighting, it still makes little sense because of his AoE on E.

Also Daisy does not apply Rylais at all! Only on the Flower Power move but on auto attacks she does not

it feels nearly impossible to knock-up a enemy with daisy since daisy doesn't slow so they can easily outrun it.

Yeah I agree, Ivern has a ton of CC and is able to support Daisy a bunch but in a team fight you're really gonna have to snipe squishies with your Q otherwise Daisy will never pressure the backline. Also if you do send Daisy out she will often be out of range for E. Bcause Ivern has really pitiful damage you won't be taking down the enemy frontline any time soon. I don't think Ivern needs insane buffs to damage but I feel small changes like this should be implemented. Not to mention these kind of 'special occasions' where mechanics don't do something just because Riot says so are silly :T

Also I have never built Rylai's on Daisy and I don't think I will build it but I feel the item should be viable on him like how it is on any other champion that uses a 'pet'

There s no good reason Daisy shouldn't, especially when Tibbers does and Riot compared her to Tibbers. Unless I am missing something and Tibbers' actual autos don't apply the slow and it is just his aura.

It is just his aura that applies it, not his attacks.

As for Daisy, no pets attacks apply on hit spell effects, except for Heimerdinger's turrets. Zyra's plants were recently pulled from proccing them even.

Which actually don't apply spell effects with every normal basic attack, but only with the charged beam. :P

Basic attacks seem to proc slows. I recently tested that.

Oh. Weird. Since when does that happen? I don't remember the turrets proc'ing Morellonomicon. Is Rylai's a special case, or does that apply to all spell effects?

No Zyra plants still apply Rylais slow, same with Malzahar and Tibbers auto attacks also refresh the slow It makes no sense that Daisy doesn't apply a slow because her damage scales off AP

I like how u basically said no pets apply it after naming every other pet in the game.

Malzahar's Voidlings proc it on hit. Seems like a lot of things apply it =-=
