The only counterplay when a champion can't run away from tryndamere is allow us to lifesteal while he has his ult up. Last time I check tryndamere description doesn't says that he inflict 100% grievous wound.
He is still alive so technically we should be able to lifesteal him. and even then he still has hp because of health regen so technically we can lifesteal him.

I dunno. Ult says that he can't fall below not that he only takes 1 damage. They should make it clearer.

I just now wanted to try new 110% Hail Of Blades Olaf top with lifesteal and crit. Dominated him on laning but once he got his ult I couldn't do anything since I couldn't lifesteal. I was shocked that got removed.
