Bard interaction with turrets
If Bard ults a turret, then throws a Q through an enemy that hits the zhonya'd tower, will the enemy be stunned or no?

They'll be stunned. In game terms Bard's Q is actually hitting the impassable terrain under the tower (that remains even after the tower's destroyed) rather than the tower itself.
