Xin Zhao doesn't knock up.

When using his Q earlier, it played the animation (the little torando), but it wouldn't knock the champion up. They were instead stunned for the duration of the knockup. The only problem is I don't think Yasuo can ult off of that because of the bug, but I had no Yasuo to test it with.
