How broken would Wukong be?

Passive: Stone skin and Double Strike Q: Crushing Strike- Passively, this ability is reduced by Wukong's auto attacks. When this ability is activated, he becomes untargetable, hits up to four consecutive enemies, reduces armour on the first targeted enemy and had an increased melee auto-attack on the first enemy hit. W: Mediation Decoy- Leaves a clone, turns Wukong invisible and allows him to self-heal with increased resists E: Wuju Nimbus- Passive grants extra AD. Active turns into True Damage but disables double strike passive and targeted dash that can hit multiple enemies. R: Cyclonic Highlander- Passive reduces the cooldowns of Wukong's basic abilities by 70% for champion takedowns that Wukong participates in. Active gives Uber high move speed, immunity to slows, and knocks up enemies.

THIS IS VERY UP AND NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE TRUE POWER OF WUJU STYLE! Let me school you in the way of the Wuju!

Passive- Stone Strikes Innate: Wukong gains 4/6/8 armor and magic resist per enemy champion nearby. This is increased by 25% every time Wukong basic attacks, up to a 100% increase of 8/12/16 armor and magic resist per enemy champion nearby. Upon reaching max stacks, all of Wukong's basic attacks hit twice with the second strike dealing 30/40/50% attack damage and applying on-hit effects. The second strike can also critical strike.

Ability 1- Crushing Strike Passive: Basic attacks reduce the cool down of Crushing Strike by 0.6/0.7/0.8/0.9/1 second(s). Active: Wukong dashes to the target unit and basic attacks them for 30/60/90/120/150 (+110% AD) physical damage. Wukong then becomes untargetable and deals 55/95/135/175/215 (+100% AD) physical damage to every unit around the target before reappearing back his original target and dealing 50% of this damage to them. The base damage of this ability is increased by 100% against minions and monsters. All enemy units hit by this have their armor then reduced by 10/15/20/25/30% for 4 seconds. Minions and monsters instead will simply take 10/15/20/25/30% increased damage for 4 seconds. Cost: 45 mana Cool Down: 18/16.5/15/13.5/12 seconds Range: 350 AoE Radius: 575

Ability 2- Meditating Decoys Active: Wukong teleports to the target location and then creates a clone where he originally was before teleporting. He then also makes three other clones an equal distance away from his original location for him to form a square around the original spot that he teleported from. Wukong and all clones made from this ability will then begin to meditate, taking 50/55/60/65/70% reduced damage and healing for 30/55/80/105/130 (+30% AP) health per second, increasing by 1% for every 1% health they are missing. This lasts for up to 4 seconds. Wukong can reactivate this ability at any time to turn invisible for 1.5 seconds and leave a clone behind that continues to meditate from Wukong's current health upon reactivating this ability. Once Wukong becomes visible again, all clones deal 25/40/55/70/85 (+20% AP) magic damage around themselves. Cost: 55/60/65/70/75 mana Cool Down: 30/25/20/15/10 seconds Range: 450 Clone AoE Radius: 200

Ability 3- Nimbus Wuju Passive: While this ability is not on cool down, Wukong gains 10% increased attack damage. Active: Wukong dashes to the target unit and sends clones at the two enemy units closest to that target, dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+80% bonus AD) true damage to enemy units hit and applying on-hit effects. For the next 4 seconds, Wukong gains 30/35/40/45/50% attack speed and his basic attacks and abilities deal 10/15/20/25/30 (+10/12.5/15/17.5/20% AD) bonus true damage to enemy units hit. Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 mana Cool Down: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds Range: 650 Clone Search AoE Radius: 225

Ultimate- High Cyclone Passive: Whenever Wukong kills an enemy champion, reduce the cool down of his abilities by 70% and grant him the passive "I Am The Best!" This buff will cause Wukong to gain 3/4/5 attack damage for every kill he has for the next 5 seconds. Active: Wukong begins to spin his staff around himself, dealing 20/110/200 (+120% AD) physical damage per second to enemies hit and knocking them into the air for 1.5 seconds upon initially being hit. While spinning, Wukong gains 25/35/45% movement speed, increasing to 65/75/85% movement speed over the duration, and becomes immune to slows and roots. This lasts for 4 seconds, being increased by 1 second whenever Wukong scores a kill or assist during High Cyclone. Cost: 100 mana Cool Down: 120/105/90 seconds Range: 325

I need a gif of "'High' Cyclone" with Wukong just spinning around in a circle tripping balls and getting a penta kill.

I did the same thing for Warwick/Volibear once

Warbear:

Passive - Falling below 30% Total health causes you to regen for 30% of your max health over 6 seconds. 120 Sec CD. Auto-attacks deal an extra 3-16 bonus magic damage, stacking up to 3 times, and healing you for the amount dealt.

Q - Thundering Strike: Gain movement speed, increased when moving towards enemy champions. Your next basic attack flings your target behind you, deals 8/10/12/14/16% of the targets max health as magic damage and heals Warbear for the damage dealt.

W - Hunters Frenzy: Passive: Warbears gains AS, stacking up to 3 times, when he attacks a target. Active: Warbear bites his target, dealing physical damage which is increased by 1% per 1% of the targets missing health. Nearby allies also gain Warbears passive attack speed increase for 5 seconds.

E - Blood Scent/Majestic Roar: Passive: Warbear gains increased movement speed and vision of nearby enemy champions who are below 50% health. Active: Warbear slows and deals magic damage to all nearby enemies.

R - Infinite Lightning: Warbear leaps to target enemy champion and attacks them 5 times. For these 5 attacks and the next 12 seconds, Warbear's attacks deal bonus magic damage and chain to nearby enemies.

If Wukong fully mastered Wuju

Have you read the webcomic "The God of Highschool"?

That'd be an accurate estimate of Wukong mastering Wuju.

If he was as strong as he is in journey to the west, he would be able to create a fully functioning clone out of each hair on his body, transform into over 72 different forms extend his Staff from one end of the map to the other, literally spawn killing enemies and Not only did he took on the armies of heaven alone, but defeated them. As the guy from Game Theory said about him "Riot nerfed him a little bit" .__.
