Twisted treeline has a SERIOUS PROBLEM that needs to be adressed as soon as possible.
So I'm currently in a loading screen for Twisted Treeline. With FIVE Bots. I am THE ONLY PLAYER IN THIS GAME. I don't know how this is allowed to happen.

It's been happening for a long time. Because TT isn't nearly as popular as SR, the system sometimes puts you with Bots to lower the queue time. It's pretty shitty, and it's a Win Condition for the opposite team.
The way you phrase that makes it sound like Riot's the one operating the bots. They're not.
Well in a way they do, they're the ones who programmed the bots to act the way they do. They programmed the system and the way queue works, so you can in fact blame them for it. Not that I really care anymore because I don't play Twisted Treeline except for Hexakill, and you'll never have bots in Hexakill.

He's talking about automated systems playing accounts to boost them to level 30, not the in-game bots you seem to be thinking of.
You mean Scripting? I think that's the word for it.
OP's talking about player-run bots that are (presumably) farming for IP/XP to sell accounts. If you're claiming it's Riot's fault that botters exist, then even if you're technically correct, it's still quite a leap to blame Riot there.
