We have champions that started week 1-2 with 30% winrate that are absolute piece of shit monsters now, and then this guy comes out with a high winrate in challenger, this might be the first champion we see above 60% winrate in a long time while Riot pretends they didn't mean to do it for sales.

didn't say that either, but i've been watching a few different top laners right now and kled is pick or ban at the moment and only dyrus has lost on on him so far in the past 6 hours.

Just like every other champion he was designed to be sold.
But really, give it some time and we'll know if he's over-tuned or not. I think the health totals are a little too high (and unclear), and maybe his bear trap cooldown could be bumped up a bit. But besides that I'm thinking he won't turn out to be too strong.
