Can we nerf singed now?

It seems riot hates when tanks can function in the game outside of teamfights, so why is it that singed has such a high amount of damage?

How about we need his q damage by 30% and give him a magic resist shred on his glue? That way he has to hit 2 abilities in order to function in lane? Genius idea I know.

Honestly, it baffles me that riot can use the reasoning that x champion does too much damage to gut MY champions laning phase, the most important part of his power, yet leave shit like that in the game. It's just hypocritical.
