She does not need late game buffs. She just needs her "weak" early game to be made truly weak like Twitch, and her mid game to be made a tad bit weaker as well. Presently early she's really not that weak. More to the point it's really safe even when you are theoretically weaker than the enemy adc. Vayne just safely farms until she gets BotRK and then she starts destroying all.

If you are laning vs her or jungling vs her it's kind of your fault for not putting pressure on her when she's at her most vulnerable...
