Will Essence Reaver be part on the Marksman itemization rework?
Or will it say a complete trash item only useful on Ezreal or Jayce?

HaIlMonitor1 votesRealistically what would make it a better item on more AD champs? They could put a mana regen item on it instead of on auto attacks or something so it would be the
or
for AD but regardless the main reason most Mana using champs including jace and ezreal is they dont need more sustained mana if they wen't
they just need burst for a fight and
does that and helps them survive more.
AtheosisX1 votesThis is why I advocate bringing its cdr up to 20%. If you do that it becomes a viable choice for all caster ADCs.

Make Vayne mega vulnerable and very risky to play early, but buff her late game as a tank buster

I've thought of a few changes to Vayne so we can shift some of her early game power to the late game
