While I do agree that she feels too much as a free win in lane against a really big bunch of characters... it's still too early to make an overall balance analysis.
People give up when the see her in champ select.

At the time i was looking there were 41641 matches in Platin +
Playerbase Average Games Played is 2,24 41641/2,24=18589,73 There should be around 18590 player who played her in platin + Of these players only 0,44% have played between 15-50 games That means there are around 82 players
It is not surprising that the numbers are so high there at the moment
