I half Agree with OP, because RIOt legitimately realized that WW's ulti + devourer was a broken and unintentional thing. Instead of disabling the champion as well as a another who is well known for a certain level 3 dragon (Pantheon) to alleviate these unfair advantages they leave them up. Pantheon is less of an issue honestly because his ability to "solo" dragon can be remedied much easier with a scrying orb or an early pink. Still to those that think he is also worthy of a disable I wont argue against it frankly. WW's impact with devourer is just much too common and easy. Though while these champions may be broken, warwick to a much greater extent I do not think players deserve reports. But again even as I type that I feel half and half about that because... it sorta is exploiting a hiccup in the new patch.

Yes.. it is exploiting.

Just because Riot hasn't disabled WW yet doesnt mean theres not exploits going on. Its just preseason so im assuming Riot doesnt see this as "urgent".

But yes, WW is broken, and people playing WW is just abusing/exploiting and they know it.

Skirmisher/Devourer and Warwick all have nerfs on pbe. You can stop being a jerk to people already.

He is mostly the reason i try to avoid teambuilder and blind pick but my friends sometimes invite me to those modes and yea... most of the time he is there

Warwick actualy recieved a special ult nerf just for him. The only reason why he does so well with it is that this old kit perfectly synergies with item 3715 . He's actualy not that strong. He's just more straight forwards. Old kit design always have a hugh amount of power in their ult. With it basicly dubbles in the midgame. But it's get better. The on hit buff has a 3 true damage scaling. In the lategame it's basicly a second ult with 66 true damage every hit on him. That's 420AP + 66*5=(330) true damage + 120 AD damage. So his ult power basicly get dubbled.

Not all game modes have a ban phase.

except the report is for exploiting severe bugs, not severe balance fuck-ups

in other words, you're just gonna make any actual reports you might want to file down the line completely wasted because riot keeps track of who has filed false reports in the past and puts less stock into those accounts

I just report them for negative attitude. They're exploiting and cheating by using a wellknown broken pre-season champion. Also, my team tends to report them as well.

Riot analyzes the reports. If somebody doesn't do anything abusive at all aside from picking an incredibly powerful champion, that isn't a valid reason to report them. You can be personally frustrated, but no rules have been broken unless they've somehow bypassed a champ being banned, which, no they haven't in your scenario. Quantity of reports doesn't make them true, you can get your entire team to report someone for playing Warwick, that won't make it valid in any way.
