He comes to gank bot, misses q, ward hops and R's me into enemy team. Just like the real thing, I could not tell the difference.

I'm more concerned how a Lee is able to be within Range to ward hop behind you, but is unable to land a Q. Because Ward Hop isn't a long distance.

Multiple ways it can happen. Lee could hit a minion with the missed q to get in range, get into w range with his high movespeed or he is already behind you.

Well, to hit a minion with a Q would mean that they're really pushed in lane, where any Jungler could gank easily, and that he didn't miss his Q. If he was able to walk to get within W-dash range, than you didn't ward the River at all, and you're all blind as bats.
