Make it so chests dont give champion shards if you already own all champs

On the plus side, if you have all the champs 3 champion shards means that you get the next champion immediately without having to spend IP.

I have 19 champ shards and i could have over 100 if i just bought them with ip. i dont get why i get champ shards when i have all champions and i can buy them if i need them. Worse you get duplicates @_@

Or at least have a significantly reduced chance.
