Warwick's Q gives him "cannot be displaced while attached to an enemy". Why?
Had a warwick Q through a clutch Nami ult while the game flashed "cannot be stopped"
Why ruin counterplay on the Q leap?

Because the ability says so. If he holds down Q, he becomes attached to the enemy, gaining displacement immunity, but cannot do anything else until the held Q cast ends. It's how Riot made sure that Q wouldn't have any funky interactions with certain dashes that have displacement associated with them (Vi Q/ult, for example).
Because the counterplay is not to let him get that close in the first place.
Because the counterplay is to wait until he stops getting attached to use CC on him. If you use CC while he's in Q it's like you use CC on ulting olaf or use Veigar R on an ulting tryndamere. You're outplaying yourself, warwick isn't even doing anything.
Lee can still ult him away though, because the ministun before the kick cancels it IIRC.
Because Riot likes making melee champs into ezmode to kill any ranged target they want.
