With all the trolls, and people who threaten to feed if they don't get their way, a Kick button is really needed IMO.
The way it would work, is when the kick button is selected if at least 2 people vote to kick a player the kick is successful, the person selected is removed, and champ select is restarted with a new person taking the place of the old one.

Darth Pixy Misa1 votesOut of 5, 1 will always not vote(or vote no) so with 4 left if 2 people say yes that is 50%. While it can be abused, there are things that can be done to prevent abuse.
While abuse is possible, it is important to remember these are people saying "i cant work with this team" That is the most important aspect here. If 2 people agree with this statement, no matter what this team will fail at least 80% of the time.
