True Damage going through Master Yi's W / Ninja Tabis / Randuins Omen / Exhaust

I found it odd, this didn't used to happen prior to the ADC rework ( Infinity Edge may be the culprit ) But today I noticed true damage was shredding through mastery Yi's W. Even with % into W ... True Damage was not reduced by 70%.

This did not used to be the case. Prior to the ADC rework, Master Yi's W took true damage down by 70%

True damage isn't able to be reduced in any way at all (besides invulnerability). It still did full damage to Yi in meditate, there just wasn't as much of it so it wasn't as noticeable.
