I know the exact reason as to why i suck now

This is the 3rd season of league

I realize when it was my first season I wanted to master a champion and only play this one champion. That was Akali.

First season i tried so hard to climb and made it to Gold 2. I focused so much time into winning these games.

Second season akali got nerfed by a trash reworker Ricklessabandoned. 6.22 i started to realize Akali isn't doing what she was meant to do. assassinate adc's. Now adcs have time to live as we have shot our full rounds of abilities. runes have made it stupid to where they can just have shields all the time and bone plating.

Third season im just not having fun with akali. shes outclassed by multiple upon multiple champions. Why.

CC is a huge disadvantage to akali. Yes she has shroud, but she can be revealed still by abilities, at this point im not even sure what does anymore because too many champions somehow manage to gain vision in shroud.

CC. also tanks, tanks can kill akali. a few days ago i played against a tham kench that ONLY bought health items. it was ONLY health. not a single ounce of damage of ad or ap. CC and tanks are her enemy.

Anyways, the reason i suck now is because i realise riot enjoys trolling us with tanky bull shit. assassins dont get praise anymore. they dont. theyre annoying to deal with, i get that. so theyre nerfed so hard its hard to play them. i play akali cause her kits enjoyable. i enjoy getting harrassed at tower. it opens up ganks for my jungler. but im so sick of the constant bull shit of shields for everyone. cc for everyone. little burst on akali. its just too much.

Anyways, the rework thats coming up for akali is just going to make her stupid like all the other reworked champs. urgot, irellia, swain, ryze, yorick, evelynn. as in its going to be banned all the time or people are going to play her all the time. i hope the rework kills her to be honest. then i wouldnt have a reason to play this game that is just so frustrating to deal with. cc shields tanks. fun.

TL:DR ask yourself. do you have fun playing this game?

When you try hard for 3 seasons and stuck in gold. it gets old. and tedious. Do you get tired of trying hard and losing? i know i have. 32 loss streak will make you hate this shit.

I recommend watching Redmercy's channel?

He doesn't play akali but he plays other assassin's like Kassadin Zed Talon and does fairly well on them. He is in D2 currently.

Also remember that LoL is a TEAM game, and thus requires a team to succeed. Tank champions are fairly weak early, and strong later whereas assassins are fairly strong early and weak later. If you play Akali you should be making everything count in the first 20 minutes. I'm no pro, I don't play ranked, AND I'm an ADC player, but I read a lot and watch a LOT of streamers and pros play and have picked up a lot of helpful tips and tricks. Take my words or leave them.

Another thing to consider is cooldowns. Yes boneplating is a pain in the arse, and with supps like Kench its difficult to burst out the ADC. Played intelligently though, you should be attempting to simply activate the CDs, wait for them to expire and then go right back in before the CD completes and is available again. Akali is good at cleaning up fights, not starting them, so if you're the first to arrive in a group fight you're probably doing it wrong.

Assassin's also often require a roam to get their game started, so keep your eye on your jg. If they are pinging that they want to gank a lane, try your best to help them in that gank. You might lose a bit of lane but assassins arent good laners anyway for the most part (this is ESPECIALLY true for akali) so it's not like you'd keep the lane in a stellar condition anyway. Assassin's don't lane, they dont secure objectives, they kill people. That's their win condition.

Assassin's are also a LOT about mind games. You opponents should be thinking "where will he come from, how will we defend, blah blah". All you have to do (sometimes) is actually let them know where you are and you will see their team position shift to defend a carry from you, and in certain situations this will prove beneficial to the rest of your team, AND it's kinda funny to watch an entire team change their stance JUST because they see ONE champion. This is also why I don't play assassins because I'm not good at mind games :P unless you count Twitch.

Again I'm no midlaner, these are just my opinions and/or suggestions based on what I've read and watched in the webz. Don't give up on a champ that you love. GG.

im talking about akali not zed talon or whatever other assassin, akali. is my focus.

And Akali is an assassin? So a lot of what I said applies. She's not zed or talon, but her playstyle is very similar.

shes classified as bruiser to the mains, not an assassin, her kit doesnt have enough burst to be made an assassin anymore. 6.22 made it that way, her passive is 2 hit garbage. if it was 6.21 passive then she would be an asssassin.

Well, Akali is in line for her rework (if not an update); they'd announced it, alongside Nunu's and Aatrox's.

Keep going. I play Kennen top and he's currently the lowest tiered toplaner in the game. I'm still winning, sometimes carrying. If you aren't having fun or are worried about your ELO then play normals with her. You always have a chance to improve, to work around shitty teammates, to turn their weakness into an opportunity. Some Akali's can carry, even against their counters.

Professor Akali on youtube makes a bunch of good videos on her, his titles are clickbait as hell but they're worth a watch.

i know PA, hes in my club. i have 1.4M mastery on akali. i am telling you. you cannot carry with akali. you have to have a diamond 2 or higher knowledge of the game to climb in low elo solo. akali is outdated and 6.22 made her kit horrible. like i said, i uninstalled this game last night. i do not wish to play this game anymore. <3 gg
