I mean.... overwatch was fun for a bit, but you really don't have nearly as much fun playing solo/duo as you do in league. I guarantee you that you will put the game down after a couple of months playing if you dont find a group or something because the game is straight up garbage playing on your own.

Kinda highlights an issue with eSports as a whole, though. I feel like, to a certain extent, they aren't really prepared for primetime. I hope that changes with franchising and other changes that League is making, but they didn't compare to the organization and professionalism of athletic sports this last year.
I don't mean that as a huge criticism, necessarily. It's expected that it will take time to ramp up. It seems like they're serious about it, so I have medium hopes that we'll get there soonish.

I don't think any player could have performed as well as Faker in his position which means that he deserves MVP.

Well from the way I understand it, the board mods are not actually Rioters. They work for some company that is paid to moderate other companies forums for them. There was a post proving it long time ago, like years ago.
I mean I believe meddler and the prominent Rioters that post on here are real ones, but the mods? The ones that handle maintaining order and actually moderating? I don't think they are actually Riot employees, just paid outside help. I've got no clue on the advisors, aren't those just old community members that help the mods? They weren't around when i use to post.

A issue like this is a groups fault. Plus its Riots fault for not overseeing the balance team properly and holding them accountable more often.

I am really sick of watching lCS and Worlds with 
being spammed every single game. Like...the champions I listed above are PLAIN BORING TO WATCH! I really do not enjoy 2/4 teamscores at 30 min. mark. Esports is supposed to be fun and entertaining, we should be allowed to see good plays and not the fuking statistic for who placed most wards lol. Just imagine how fun LCS would be if picked champions are 
We want PLAYMAKERS! I want to jump off my chair when I see a good play. There is nothing entertainint in watching a 30 minute match when barely anyone dies, and if they died it looked like "oops sheet happens".

I don't think Overwatch is very balanced at all there are fairly easy cheesy strats you can use to climb pretty quickly win streak bonuses and what not make it easier as well.
There are some great players but let's be real how many of us have watched a whole Overwatch Tournament? I can't get through it its gameplay gets repetitive and boring. How many Worlds have I watched? Literally every single one since S3. The League eSports scene is amazing because the game has obvious stages ex, Early Mid Late. During these stages goals are different. Early stay safe farm well get a pick if possible. Mid try to get objectives first and avoid getting caught without your team. Mid-Late group with the team to focus down larger scale objectives and fights.
With Overwatch we don't see anything close to along these lines we see group up and my ultimate is ready. I'm not saying League should have won but I think there are several games that deserve more eSport respect than Overwatch and League is one of them. This vote was a joke whoever decided the outcome most likely is a fanboy and doesn't understand the depths of the eSport scene.
