It's both a joke and also the truth. As rude as I sound for saying it, I do honestly think it's funny that he's disagreeing with no real contradictory evidence (and when he gives it and I counter it, he'll say "Well I said so, so there."
In all seriousness, Cho has such an easy time getting close to people, killing people, dealing tons and tons of damage, never dying, and having tons of AoE and hard CC.

Protobelt's cooldown isn't that high for him to use it often.
Movespeed Cho? Beyond Luden's I don't see him building many items with movement speed.
Have I faced a good Cho? Idk, I haven't seen a Cho in a long time. You think maybe you don't know how to fight him? It's possible you don't see him much due to his low play rate.

It literally deleted your health bar. Not good in teamfights? It chunks tanks like mad and OHKO's mids/ADCs.

I mean, His Q is a 1:1 AoE AP ratio with a knock-up, his W is a 2.5 second AoE silence? I'd rather fight Annie. At least you stand a chance to kill her.
