Is it just me or is Sion's passive somewhat weird from a gameplay perspective?
Don't get me wrong, it's quite fitting thematically speaking, but why does a vanguard tank have a passive that allows him to do extra damage after he dies?

To draw more attention to himself.
Sure, but doesn't Sion usually last more than his carries during fights? And isn't one hard cc (or a simple slow after he uses his speed-up) enough to kite his passive?
Screw up an engage or misposition as any tank and you die just as fast as a squishy. FeelsTankMan.
