I just jumped around like a maniac last game with him and killed three people in less than 10 seconds with all the ults. The tooltip of the rune read something around the lines of more than 25k mana refunded at the end of that game.. It's fucking nuts. Is Kassadin expecting a nerf?
Slythrin Umbreon1 votesIt probably makes more sense to nerf or (more likely) rework presence of mind.

why? there are like 4 champs that can really abuse it well and it's still only useful if they can use it to get 2-3 kills at once, or just spam it in lane, which shouldn't be a problem if you're paying attention, it makes a loud ass noise and a big flash when they level up. It's exactly where it should be with this new rune system: situational but good.
