What if Galio passive gives MR to allies?

Galio is seen as an anti-mage because he stacks mr, but when he does he is just ignored and mages will kill his team mate, Kassadin can't be ignored, nor can veigar, but galio? he doesn't have mobility his spells are easily avoidable and his ulti can't reach the back line, so will just unleash their combo and kill everything.

i think riot should changes his passive, to an increased magic resistance to every allies in a 500 radius, but gives him magic resistance ratio to still make him purchasing magic resistance. it should be like 20% bonus mr, because flat mr will just make him taric 2.0, remember when taric's ADC didn't took damage because he used to gives him 40 bonus armor? we don't want this but rather galio should buff his mates in late game and encourage them to stack mr.

thoughts?

Galio is strong the way he is, if you have actually played him more then twice before making this post you would know that his e provides good mobility, his q isnt hard to hit at all, and his ulti is fine. Hes good if you put some practice into him.

his E doesn't give a lot of ms until maxed, his E also doesn't give him mobility because bonus ms isn't mobility riot said it, that's why skarner and garen are allowed to have bonus ms. it also only gives him mobility in one way, doesn't work if you turn.

Galio is indeed good if you mastered him like every champ, else he is garbage his Q will be used on minion to push the lane, if you don't push your lane the enemy mid will roam and your pushing abillity is 0, it also takes a lot of mana. you will bring 0 utility to the team if your enemies are skilled and spread, or if the enemy TwistedFate save gold card for you ulti.

He is a great counterpick against a lot of mid laners, like Brand, Malzahar or LeBlanc. He freaking wrecks LeBlanc.

how does he counter leblanc? leblanc has way more mobility, way less mana cost, she will just clear the wave and get a double kill bot, Galio.

i don't even understand how galio counters leblanc, what can he do to protect his support or carries? his only chance is to ulti and pray that he isn't against an on hit-cc champ like garen and pray that the enemies don't have item 3140

Taunt on leblanc .... She can't go anywhere when she is taunted... But he can take leblancs burst is why he wrecks her

it will go unappreciated like old Sona because auras don't feel rewarding unless they are super strong. And if it is strong he will get nerfed.

That definitely would help him though I still think he needs a minor rework to make him viable.

For some reason now I'm thinking about Galio support paired with Kalista. Seems like it would be pretty awesome.

I more reliable way to land his ult. I don't know if that means reworking his ult or reworking his E to make it a dash rather than a movement speed buff.

Compare him to other champions with only 2 damaging abilities besides ult. Most of them have far better scalings them him, Annie and Anivia being the first that come to mind. His damage is honestly not a problem early, but late, it kind of just falls off and you're a walking ult, it's harder to hit ADCs and you can't 1 hit them with just Q and E. Up his Q ratio that was nerfed long ago for no reason, same with E, and reduce mana costs.
