not really, no. his engages are telegraphed and interruptable.

he has clear windows of strength and weakness (disengage when his w is up and just dont auto attack him during that time).

if rammus is a problem, then its because summoner 4 engages are a problem. the summoner has made quite a lot of balanced abilities toxic and broken a lot of champions.

The champion is literally an incarnation of what you could call an unkillable tank assassin.

Yeah like he's not broken by design I'd say, just overturned especially with how good thornmail has always been on him (and now it's actually a good item).

Like I've watched Trick2g run in 1v5 and kill an adc or mage before dying or even escaping. He's kinda fed but nothing that warrants that tbh. Idk, I just think his Q lasts a little too long.

I think "assassin" is stretching it. You can't say that Singed is an assassin because he has a movespeed boost, the same way that you can't say that Rammus is an assassin because he has a really fast ms bonus that get's interrupted by minions. I can't think of any other assassin that has their mobility blocked by minions.

Also his damage relies on you being stupid, not him "outplaying" you.

As somebody who has played Rammus I kinda agree. specially when I kill the ADC in a teamfight after taunting the mid laner.

The champion is bad early but late game rammus is extremely toxic. you need to destroy him early because if the game goes on too long hes unkillable.

Not really most of his entire kit becomes a problem when you fight him in Minion wave. He can't roll on you and if you fight in a minion wave he will probably loose because of minion damage. You can 100% tell when he hits W so wait for that to be off and then attack. Any type of CC will stop him. Hell Rammus can never kill a Malzahar because his minions now spawn at his feet so his Q is already dead against him. Malz's Q will stop his role entirely.

I have pub stomped as a rammus going 23/6 but also getting curbed stomped and going 5/12.

I think he's one of the strongest junglers as of this moment. They'll have you believe that Rammus is perfectly balanced. But it feels like shit going against a Rammus.
