@Riot Why Am I Getting "Autofill Activated" 2-3 Games in a row Queuing Support In Silver?

As the title says: Getting autofilled VERY awkwardly this week. A few days ago I was getting 1 game autofill activated, then instead of the normal 2 "protected" I was only getting 1, then right back to autofill. Now I'm getting 1 game of autofill protection then 2 at least in a row of autofill activated.

Any time I get autofill activated I pick support 100% of the time, but now it is still forcing me back autofilled (again) after just getting autofilled and playing support.

My queue times are super short even picking mid, so there is no reason I should be getting autofill 2 games in a row playing like 50% support.

Edit: Alright Riot this is officially BS now. YET AGAIN 3 games in a row I'm autofilled activated, after just playing two games in a row as support. What is this garbage?

Okay lets ask ourselves a few questions? Who are the top streamers and how high is their rank at the begging of every season? Anwser No hard reset for people above diamond they get set back to plat lowest. So ill explain they do this so that the high player base doesnt have to come in contact with the "baddies" as they want to call it. So while the low tier players are stuck in the cycle of feeders and trolls because the higher tier players get a crutch from the get go. Seems fair right? Not at all. You can see multiple things from 7 years of playing it has only gotten worse. How about promos what is the actual point of these? we all have gotten to 100 lp and then got game where people know your in promo troll you. Or they just match with team mates are terrible lower tiers than you." but play consistant and you will climb tho"? except when enemies spam op champs and you team does rakka mid and goes 0-12 and bot as well 2-20.Then you get mocked by the "higher tier players" will rant and say "get gud" "carry harder". When actually riot gives them a nice fluffy pillow and players that are consistent and competent to play with. Last but not least say you get past your promo you win 1. lose one back to zero. Now say you get terrid team and you lose another at 0 and you drop back down to tier before 75 or less points. When in turn you lost 2 games but won about 5-6 to get there. That math tho. All this in solo duo when you have at best 3 random team mates and 1 duo if your lucky. Now anyone with a brain would redo this whole shit system and hard reset everyone. But those high streamers might not make it to the high elo as quickly as they need for that $$$$$$$. So take all these in account to the greedy equation. You can easily see what riot does or have done to keep the money flow as ^^^^^^ as they can. that all it comes down to. I ask for hard reset every season for the past 3 seasons and with a rebuttal of. "it wouldnt be fair". Cuz of champ differences and runes. But hey guess what its ranked fellahs!!! if you cant handle the heat gtfo. But dont rig your shit and crutch the people on the top cuz of the money flow. $$$$$$ peace out monkeys

I only pointed this out because it is abnormal.

I usually get autofilled once, pick support, then get two games of protection. It wasn't until this week that this has ever happened, and it is happening constantly. It has nothing to do with streamers, cause me getting autofilled or not is going to have ZERO impact on any streamers or high level players from down in Silver.

The most i was able to get form this is that you want a hard reset which is by far the worst idea ever.

youre mistake about one thing the soft reset doesnt protect the high elo players but the low ones for me going from silver to diamond is no big deal so i could jsut wait 2 weeks for ppl to climb back and then stomp my way to diamond flunking your elo not mine

100% bugged. Got into a series and had autofill activated. Reset the client twice and it finally had protected (supposed to be 100% protected in your promo series.).

You have to choose the auto-fill role. Simply getting auto-filled will not give you the protection.

I'm pretty sure that is wrong. I have never selected autofill or support, and yet I am protected from autofill whenever I am forced to support (Or worse, ADC or mid...)

Not true. I always get one active and 2 protected. Granted I play support every time for the most part when I get activated, but still. That isn't 100% true.

I play support when I get autofill activated. Literally even said that in the post. I was even getting autofill activated in my promo games.

Also you don't have to "choose" anything, but a role.

I noticed it was saying this a day or two ago as well, despite being a support main who's pretty much only played support for dozens of games in a row.

That said, I did continue to get support (not really caring that much if I might get autofilled since normals), so I'm wondering if it might just be a display bug, but we really are still protected from autofill where appropriate. Did you find yourself actually getting autofilled in any games when it said active when it shouldn't have?

I got autofill twice in both my promo games just now as well. First time I reset the client two times and it seemed to "fix it" for the first series game. Second series game it gave auto activated again, even though you aren't ever supposed to be autofill activated in promo series (even says as much in the client when you queue up in a series).

And yes I got auto filled support 3 games in a row (the ones leading up to said series). I also made another thread earlier this week as I was having this same issue before. It started when the new patch dropped.
