Tank Killers
So I want to know who the tank killers are, I have a high preference to tank killers.
Ex. Trundle, Malzahar, Vayne. I know Fiora and Kog are we well, I just do not play them very much. Do we know of anyone else I am missing?

All non burst ADCs (the more ability reliant they are, the less efficient they tend to be at killing tanks), any champion that you'd call a "melee carry", Juggernauts given the context and matchup, and anyone with built in % stats or Damage over time stats are obvious highlights.
Morbazan1 votesYou've already noted most of the best, but these guys have a few merits towards that:
Hybrid damage and reduces the defenses of those she's hitting. Sort of works.
Often gets Cleaver, and ult is true damage.
Depends on if they are the villain.. If yes than yes, if no then not so much.
LOTS of true damage.
Some others do well too. Too tired to think right now tho.
TTK Dreadnought1 votesI dont really consider Fiora a tank killer if facing a juggernaut/tanks like Darius or Illaoi because of their "% missing" healing.
I usually get Cleaver on Illaoi and rarely ever have issues with tanks.
Gangplank isnt bad at killing tanks since he has true damage scaling with AD and his barrels ignore 40% armor. He's also very fun to play.
