There was a visual bug that was fixed a patch or two ago that could give the illusion of multiple lasers, only one was real though.

The baron thing was mod-tastic tho.

IDT it was an illusion because the Laser from both/triple did damage

Well in the bug fix riot said the other ones weren't doing damage, and in the video you linked only one is doing damage, so if theres cases where multiple were doing damage then it probably is mod shenanigans.

well if you look @9:40 both Nidalee and the minion took damage from 2 different Lazer

Only the third laser actually hurt. The minion furthest to the left makes that most clear.
