This had to be the harshest ap ratio nerf I've ever seen

I'm talking about when they buffed xin zhao by giving him that stupid crit every 3rd hit, which put him over the line and then how did they nerf him ? They gutted his w ap ratio from 0.7 to 0.4 !!!!!! That's a very serious nerf and a hard hit to xin zhao that pretty much killed his ap build and severely hurt the on hit path. Im saying this because they seem to want to buff xin lately but if there is something wrong with xin is his w ap ratio. The majority of xin players play him for as ap or hybrid onhit. No one plays him ad /crit so stop forcing him that way.
