Duo Q- the real Lottery!

Why is it that they are still allowing duo Q? With flex you have the ability to duo up and team up but in solo Q having a duo Q and or even 2 duo Q's on a team vs a team without them is just devastating. Time and again if I see a bot lane really dominate you op.gg them and normally it's a duoQ. just had a game where JG and mid where duo obviously on coms (actually laughed that they were and how easy it was to out play the jg ) and they just demolished mid and jg together (yeay scuttle meta).

They just redid the adc and items due to the lottery but the biggest lottery of them all is still the bot lane duo Q why not get rid of duo Q in ranked if they want to balance things out?
