Is there anyway they can put in some kind of demotion protection so that when you get some one that AFK's in your game you don't get demoted? I don't mind demotions if im playing like rap but to get one after some one AFK's in teh game and the system even has that symbol over them after the game as it auto picked up they quit is just such BS... I mean they could see if you were duo Q with them or not to filter out abusing it in duo q situations.

You aren’t the only person to get an AFK on your team. And I have a secret for you: For every game you’ve lost over an AFKer, there’s another game you’ve won over an enemy AFK. And that includes promotion series. That’s how stats work.
heres the thing tho, in higher elo, this would just enable people to win trade even more easily. Its rough, its dumb, and people are stupid. Just report them and move on. The best you can do.
