Is anyone else a little worried about what will happen to dragon?

In State of the Season Riot said this: "Objectives like Dragon, Rift Herald, Red, and Blue Buff should be valued and contested significantly in most games, and we’ll be making adjustments to their rewards and encounters as a result". I feel like snowballing is something we are all concerned about. Yes players should be rewarded for coming out on top in a lane, but it shouldn't absolutely dictate whether a team wins or loses. In many of my games the snowballing team obviously gets more dragons which gives them yet another advantage over the team making it harder to come back from behind. On the contrary, If I am doing well I want to be rewarded and have a higher chance of winning but snowballing as of now is too excessive.

Now Riot didn't say exactly what is going to happen to good ol' drake, but I am a little worried. What does valued mean? Let me tell you that 5th dragon is definitely valued, but by that point a team who is about to get their 5th dragon is probably treating their opponent the same way the Golden State Warriors would treat a middle school basketball team - crushing them into oblivion and 5th drake makes that sooooooo much easier. I like what they say about "contested significantly" but does that mean they are limiting snowballing, because many dragon fights I see are one-sided. To me, it's not a problem with valuing or contesting dragon, it's a problem with balance and snowballing which may (yes it is inevitable I must bring this up) have to do with dynamic queue. The absurd levels of boosting and unfair communication advantages may in some instances make dragon a one-sided issue. If by "valued" they mean increasing the buffs that dragon gives you, get ready for some even more lopsided games.
