Combine the best of dynamic queue and soloq

Okay I really like that you can choose what role you want. That is a bonus of dynamic queue. In my mmr I would probably only be able to play mid like 25% of the time in the past because as soon as the game started everybody spammed mid or feed - not fun. With the new system it ramps up to like 60-80% of the time (primaries and secondaries still need work). I will never make it to diamond and there is a slight chance I could make it to plat. So my mmr will be filled with people who want the carry roles over team cooperation. And that's understandable; they're pretty fun to play.

So to be honest if we had to go back to the old soloq or stick with dynamic queue, I would choose dynamic queue only because I get my desired role much, much more. If I had my way, ranked would basically be soloq teambuilder - not even duos would be allowed. There is debate on either side and both have good points. People ask if duos, trios, and fours really affect that much in a team game. There is no solid answer. Sometimes they positively impact a team and sometimes they negatively impact a team. If the team is using voice chat, that offers a big advantage over another team especially if they are a trio. If you are on a this type of team you may do really well. On the other hand, sometimes premades don't act competitively and ruin the gaming experience for others, but the same could be said for solo players.

My stance is this: premades alter too much for ranked to be considered competitive. We're not LCS teams and pro players (well the vast majority of us). Yes, there are 9 other parts to the equation in this gaming experience and a lot is random. But, I will take random solo players over the sea of unknown premades and boosting and just plain weird matchmaking that I have been seeing this season. Ranked should be a competitive yet somewhat fair experience. And while we cannot get rid of smurfs, Riot can stop boosting in ranked play. Let normals be just that: a normal gameplay where people can play with friends and try out new things and not worry about the ladder system. Let ranked be competitive. There will never be a best case scenario in every game and some ranked games will have trolls, feeders, ragers, etc. even with a true soloq. Take away the part, though, that makes ranked gameplay extremely random - premade ranked teams of 2s, 3s, and 4s.

What I imagined would be in this thread:

"Keep the graphics of dynamic queue and bring back solo queue"

You're confusing Dynamic Queue with new champ select. New champ select is the position-queuing system currently used in ranked and normal draft modes. Dynamic Queue is the ranked system whereby you can queue with up to four other people. There shouldn't be anything preventing Solo Queue from using new champ select.

I'm not taking a side in this argument, but it's probably helpful for feedback to use the correct terminology and avoid misunderstandings.
