Can Akali top or jungle?

Professor Akali, a high elo akali one trick said that she isn't viable mid from D2 onward because it's pretty punishable. Most players won't be able to punish it though. She had the highest winrate top last patch for a while. I like her top. Get somewhat tanky. Something like

You could max q or e. If they build armor or mr, then you could just start maxing the other lol

The matchups are different and you kinda just need to know stuff about top lane in general.

During lane Pre-6 she's better at top then Mid, she does a good amount of damage on low CD so she can actually trade with melee top laners.

You can also do the not as powerful as it was tankali build too top. Sunfire, Tit hydra, Tank Boots, Spirit Vis,

She can jungle as well, it works better in the lower ellos cause her clear isn't amazing and is semi weak early in those situations.

I've played Akali jungle a few times. It's definitely not recommended if your team is low on CC or initiation, since Akali thrives when someone can initiate. At level 6 her ganks become pretty decent, up to good if your lanes have CC in them. Think it's way more niche than top Akali though, and stats for it are hard to find.
